TWIN SUNS / LEGAL
Privacy policy
LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 12, 2026
Twin Suns keeps your gameplay on your device. No advertising, no tracking, and no account to create.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes the Twin Suns iPhone and iPad app, developed by Jonathan Swift. The developer can be contacted at support@swiftwhere.com.
2. Information collected by the app
Twin Suns does not collect personal information or send gameplay data to a developer-operated server. The app has no account registration, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
3. Information stored on your device
The app stores high scores and preferences locally, including music volume, haptic feedback, timing calibration, and visual-effect settings. These values are used to provide the game experience and are not sent to the developer. Scores are kept separately for each level and play mode.
Local game information remains on your device until it is removed. Deleting the app can remove scores and preferences. Any device backup or system-level storage is governed by your Apple settings and Apple’s policies.
4. App Store purchases
Apple processes the optional Full Game Unlock through the App Store. Twin Suns uses Apple’s StoreKit framework to verify purchase access and restore an existing unlock. Purchase access is determined from Apple-verified transactions; the game does not use a developer account or payment server.
The developer does not receive your payment-card details through Twin Suns. Apple separately processes account and purchase information under its own policies. See App Store & Privacy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Support communications
If you email the developer, your email address and any information you choose to include are used to answer your request, troubleshoot the problem, and maintain the support correspondence. This may include a device model, operating-system version, or screenshot you voluntarily provide. Email providers process those messages to deliver and store them.
Support information is retained only as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant correspondence, and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address below. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Sharing and tracking
The developer does not sell personal information or share gameplay data for advertising. Information you voluntarily provide in support messages may be processed by service providers needed to deliver support, or disclosed where required by law. No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking are used in the game.
7. Children’s privacy
Twin Suns has no chat, user-generated content, accounts, or advertising. The app does not collect personal information from children or other players. A parent or guardian with questions about a support message sent by a child can contact the developer.
8. This website and Apple services
This policy’s statements about local gameplay apply to the app. Visiting this website involves ordinary web requests to its hosting provider, which may process IP addresses, request details, and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. This site does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Its typography loads from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those font requests; see Google Fonts privacy information.
Apple may independently process App Store information or device diagnostics according to your Apple settings. Those services are governed by Apple’s privacy policies.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change if the app’s features or data practices change. Updates will be posted at this address with a revised date. Material changes will be explained here.
10. Contact and privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests concerning information you voluntarily sent to the developer, contact Jonathan Swift at support@swiftwhere.com. Gameplay scores and settings stay on your device, so the developer cannot access or delete them remotely.
